We’re looking for someone experienced in hostel operations to assist the manager with daily administrative tasks, guest experience, and volunteer coordination.

This is not a full-salary position, but we do offer a monthly stipend, shared accommodation, groceries, and the chance to take on more responsibility over time.

Ideal for someone who’s lived or worked in hostels (preferably chains) and is open to staying a minimum of 4–6 months. You’ll be the extra brain, hands, and heart behind the scenes—helping things run smoothly and jumping in where needed.
